An Invitation from Creation | An Otherworldly Guided Meditation
Like an angel arriving full of grace and light and gravity. This being from just beyond our current consciousness sees us and knows us very well.
Here the angel is offering us an entrance to its cosmic realm, a place of expanded awareness and hyper sensitivity. Do we dare to accept the invitation? In this meditation we become the invitation and the invited, sharing in the streams of energy and intelligence. We are asked to relax in it, to become comfortable here, as we open our lives and our minds and hearts and step into a new reality, one that we can’t fathom, but which is also very known to us.
This meditation came in spontaneously during one of my Tuesday night workshops.Allow yourself to feel the energy that comes through with the words.
INSIDE THE SPIRIT LAB | Discovering What is Possible
My regular Tuesday night workshops, long known as the Experimental Spiritual Laboratory, went online at the beginning of COVID in early 2020.
Instead of a group of us meeting in person to do the deep work of healing and spiritual evolvement, the online format has enabled people from many different places to come together. We have become a tribe devoted to the work. What comes back to us is the spiritual energy and divine guidance that bends time and space and opens new dimensions of healing and knowing.
At the Spirit Lab we explore and open to the infinite possibilities that await the evolving Spirit Human connection. These meditations come in for us spontaneously and are recorded during the workshops. Allow yourself to feel the energy that comes through with the words.
Lifting the Veils | A Magical Guided Meditation
This is the first in a series of video meditations created in a collaboration between myself and Entheo. These are unscripted, spontaneous meditations that have occurred during my workshops and then set to music by Entheo with visuals added by Marina Qutab. While you may hear some references to people present at the workshop, it is meant to be understood universally and hopefully to touch each heart that opens to the experience of it. Welcome to this precious field. May you watch and listen and feel the depth and height and breadth of your own spirit and human self reaching, expanding, knowing beyond mind.
Lifting the Veils
A meditation of opening, moving beyond thoughts into the pure open heart space of your own divinity. Here we connect and begin to experience together the vast energetic field of Spirit. As you open to receive, Creation opens to you, and you begin to know yourself as an emanation of God, a Spirit-Being without limitation, without resistance. Lifting the veils, we see they are no longer needed.

The Matrix
I close my eyes and see a beautiful Matrix. It’s one that we are all weaving, a story we are writing together. It is part of a larger grand Matrix that is blossoming and arising as a consciousness on the planet. It’s full of Spirit and full of divine energy. Within it are streams of true knowing, wisdom and enlightenment that flow in and out like millions of lights. This Matrix is close now, reflecting a powerful code of transformation. It is the undoing. Our streets are filled with people coming together full of love and anger and protest - a rising up that ignites the Matrix. What has been an invisible force slowly lifting out of the depths, unnoticed by the big noise machine on top, is finding its light. To embrace rather than to fight is the lesson we are all offered now. A journey of self-discovery if there ever was one, as the Matrix invites and challenges and holds our thoughts and dreams and fears and stories in its divine design.
