​Actually letting go of what's old and stuck in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies is the greatest challenge of any healing journey. These old controlling thoughts, identifications and painful emotions limit connection to life and to Spirit. No matter how we try to release them they find a way to rebuild.
