​WOW! Can 2020 get any weirder, challenging and upside down? Every one of us is experiencing some kind of inner revolution/evolution. Cards all up in the air, brains rewiring to accommodate a new normal of constant shift, realignments in thinking and being. Some are looking backwards with yearning for a past “normal,” while others are looking anxiously forward into an unknown future. Let’s join together and actually be with this experience, this unsettlement, this dis-ease. Let’s lean in and discover the hidden teachings and messages coming through this chaotic field for each one of us.

​There is a place of shadow, sadness, of a depth of fear, of regret and remorse, that lives very deep in the core of every one of us. Sometimes we are asked to go there, even though we are taught to believe that this is a place of depression and darkness that should be avoided at all cost. In this meditation we dare to be present here, where these shadowlands and their dark angels offer us a sacred place of healing and reckoning with all that is held there. Here we each discover our true purpose, not based on what the expressions of the purpose may be – not guided by ego needs – but a true purpose that drives and animates our hearts. Once that heart is animated anything can happen. This purpose is born into every soul that comes here, not decided by what we do but by our willingness to be in this shadow area and receive and surrender to the greater truth of our being. And to know beyond needing to believe in it what we already know.
