Finding Your Next Level of Expression

What and how do I understand and reach for my next level of expression? That could mean up-leveling or changing a career, the way I navigate my days, my life. It could be something outside of work that is calling me – an art perhaps.

We have a feeling there is a next and we don’t know how to get there. Advice from friends and family usually lead to confusion, as their responses are filtered through their own experiences. Lots of books and teachers who will try to get us aimed in a direction to satisfy our deeper callings. Yet, the questions can remain: “I’m not sure and I’m actually afraid of embarking on a whole path towards something and not having it be the right thing.” We eventually feel a restlessness, and that restlessness instead of being just dissatisfaction, might be an actual calling.
