What an amazing time in history this is! A time of reset and reevaluation. As we are forced to stop frantically running, seeking, looking to gratify our needs, we can find ourselves stuck in the stillness with the one relationship we keep running from - our own self. Let's drop in together, breathing and opening to and engaging with this one relationship that determines how we relate to everyone else. Let's lean in all the way and allow the relationship with self to blossom out to love for our families, communities and all that is happening on the planet right now.
