LEARNING HOW TO LISTEN AND ALIGN WITH TRUE GUIDANCE

How do I try to “listen” for spiritual guidance? How to I find the voice and even know what to ask? We are made of energy, and as energy beings, we don’t end at the skin. Rather we extend into a field of energy that expands or contracts according to our spiritual, emotional and physical state.

The study of energy and energy fields is thousands of years old and there are many practitioners, from acupuncturists to energy workers, who strive to harness these flows and fields for healing. When we seek guidance, we enter this field of energy, leaving behind our own ideas and stories.

​We are empty but for the desire for connection, without agenda or needs. Often I think what is overlooked is what an incredible honor and adventure it is to be able to touch into this field. To be an invitation for that field to open and to reveal what is blocking or constricting its flow.
