THE CAUSE OF CREATION

To have the experience of an open heart is why we were born here. It’s not an easy path. It doesn’t mean we just become agreeable or that we avoid the depths of the shadowlands that envelope us often. It doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy human love and look for happiness where we can find it. But it does mean that we strive to find ourselves as part of the great heart that created creation here and that beats in every one of us. And it means that we are interested and curious about our relationship to the collective. Are we just in it for ourselves, or can we flow into caring deeply about and for each other?

​At this moment in time, everyplace we try to go is closed for a reason, and while it is about limiting the spread of a pandemic, it’s also and more importantly that Spirit is sending us back home to do a little soul searching. We’re meant to try and find our place in creation, the truth of our lives, to surrender our ego needs and dreams. And to become active participants in the cause of creation. Will we take advantage of this moment? Will we teach our children something greater than the materialism that the holidays have come to represent? Everything in my heart right now is offering an opportunity for you to go in and decide who you want to be and what kind of world we are really meant to create.
