​The spiritual journey is evolving right before our eyes, challenging us to step into the real truth of love. Love is so much bigger than we assume. And the courage it takes to embrace it comes from realizing we know very little about it and what it will ask of us. What if we unleashed love completely? Insecurities don't stand a chance when the fires of love are lit.

​Arrogance is like an infection that eats away at our humanity. It is the cause of suffering and breeds a mentality of conflict on the planet and in our relationships and communities.Take some deep breaths with me and let's open our hearts and minds and look the faces of arrogance in our lives - the way we think know better, that we have the answers for others. Our insistence on being right. And let's unravel it out of our being.

​If there is one skill that we all need to gain right now and forever, it's to know how to listen. The act of listening, without judgement or need to fix, is the medicine that cures misalignment in relationships with others, with self and with our fellow humans. And yes, with creation itself.

​The Path of Spirit sometimes seems like a tangled, obscured and almost impossible vision. Yet its light is undeniable and beckons us to follow its unpredictable way. Right now, as systems and structures of our normal world fall, the truths hiding within them come into stark reality that we can no longer bypass or deny. And the Spirit Path calls us to open our eyes and empower our hearts.
