Imagine if there arises a consciousness that values change, where shift isn’t something to be feared or mistrusted; a world where we are taught from a very early age to be agile in our thinking, where imagination is revered as a ladder to new ideas. All things in nature are in constant renewal, realignment, growth. The only thing that seems stuck is our own human thinking. Still, shift happens, and it will happen whether we’re part of creating it, or if we are just dragged along with it. Being present is the medicine of transformation. Join me as we open a field of possibility, of aliveness and presence to see what needs to shift in our own lives and how to be present for it to happen. Nothing in our world, our lives, our country, our communities will shift into a new consciousness unless we are willing to shift that which is stuck inside us. Let us learn to allow these fields of possibility to activate in every fiber of our beings so we can open our hearts and minds to the consciousness of shift.

​We are not very good at dealing with uncertainty. It can feel dangerous, stifling. We want to know and often find ourselves in an endless loop of seeking answers. When we are in uncertainty, we can become fearful and vulnerable to those voices who profess to have the answers. But uncertainty is the new normal, and we are meant to learn how to not only live with it but to thrive in its embrace. This is a meditation on learning to access the wisdom of our hearts, the spiritual connection of our beingness. It’s a huge lesson right now - to gain the trust, the knowing of self, the empowerment of heart and to be able to seek our own counsel.
