What is a spiritual path? Better yet, how does one know if they are on one? Many of you, I’m sure, would find that easy to answer.
When I ask people, some version of this is what I’m likely to hear: “Oh yes, I’ve been doing deep spiritual work for years. I’ve worked with teachers and gurus, taken medicine journeys in Peru. I meditate daily and have read so many books, watched, listened to and followed a host of people with ideas about spirituality.” This is all admirable and the life of a true seeker. But a spiritual path may still elude even the most dedicated practice of spiritual arts. And often, people don’t even know they are on one.
