DEALING WITH DUELING DUALITIES

What happens when we experience duality? Two or more choices that all might be right; opposing forces within us that fight unceasingly over years, even lifetimes. Like storms circulating in our brains, our bodies, we can feel like we’re ready to burst at the seams. These dualities can drive us crazy and cause us to seek answers in a desperate attempt to understand what’s going on. And in that quest we often get fearful and angry. Our thinking clouds, making us susceptible to all kinds of information created by those who mean to gain power over us by turning us against each other, to become suspicious of everything and everyone. These dualities are very much alive in us. Let’s journey together to learn how to find the communion with our own higher hearts be able to clear the fields of possibility for clarity. Let’s begin to seek our own counsel, to open to the vast intelligence waiting for us to listen. The answers, as always, are in a true breath.
