SEPARATING THE MIND AND THE BODY. How can we separate the mind and the body so that we can actually process whatever damaged emotional baggage without the mind constantly pestering us? As you are breathing, moving and feeling energy inside you releasing with your breath, think of the thoughts that occurred in you today. Are you fearful? Angry? Disillusioned? We must learn to not believe in the messaging occurring in our minds. Remember this, if what is occurring in your mind is not loving or neutral, it is your "stuff."
